Rachel is the owner and founder of Restored Counseling and Consulting. She sees individuals, couples, and families in the areas of relationship and intimacy disorders, healing from past trauma, anxiety, divorce and blended family, parenting, and spiritual issues.

With over 20 years experience, Benji integrates a systemic approach with proven cognitive-behavioral treatment practices.  He works with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship conflict, anger management, trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life adjustments.

Ashley is a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Colorado Christian University and currently serves as a Student Intern with Restored Counseling. She brings a compassionate, relational approach to therapy rooted in both professional training and meaningful life experience.
