Rachel Cristello, MS, LMHC, NCC, CSAT

Rachel is the owner of Restored Counseling and Consulting and helps clients with a wide array of mental health disorders. She works with men, women, couples, teens, and families in all areas of life. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011 and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Central Florida in 1993. As a trained Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT®), she has completed training developed by Dr. Patrick Carnes which required 120 hours of additional post-masters level training and supervision with a CSAT Supervisor. It also requires ongoing education so that CSATs such as Rachel are experts in providing sexual addiction therapy.

Rachel has over 15 years of experience counseling individuals in addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety and depression, relationships, pornography use, infidelity and other intimacy disorders, betrayal trauma, and childhood sexual abuse. She is expertly trained in walking couples and families through dealing with communication issues, broken relationships, as well as helping parents navigate through parenting of all ages, from birth to adult children.

Rachel deeply values the covenant of marriage yet has personally experienced the pain of divorce.  She works with women and men in divorce recovery, co-parenting, and blended family issues.
