Ashley Scott
Student Intern
Ashley is a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Colorado Christian University and currently serves as a Student Intern with Restored Counseling. She brings a compassionate, relational approach to therapy rooted in both professional training and meaningful life experience.
With a background in Student Ministry, Ashley has spent many years walking alongside high school girls and young adults during critical seasons of identity formation, emotional growth, and spiritual development. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for the power of presence, empathy, and supportive guidance during times of transition and uncertainty.
Ashley is also a mother of two children, ages 10 and 13. While she deeply values the covenant of marriage, her personal experience with divorce has shaped her understanding of relational loss, grief, and the complex process of rebuilding. This journey ultimately led her back to graduate school with a passion to support individuals and couples navigating challenges such as marital distress, broken trust, and the evolving realities that relationships can face.
Ashley is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and trustworthy therapeutic environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. She approaches the counseling relationship with humility, compassion, and curiosity, honoring each client’s story while supporting meaningful emotional healing and personal growth.
If you are seeking a counselor who values authentic connection, understands the weight of relational pain, and desires to walk alongside you with care, grace, and hope, Ashley would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
